It is designed for the First Line Managers. The program is a comprehensive 3-day course designed for newly appointed or aspiring frontline managers. It focuses on equipping participants with essential leadership and people management skills to lead teams effectively, drive performance, and manage daily operations. The program emphasizes the transition from individual contributor to manager, helping participants lead with confidence and competence.
